How much are the delivery charges?

iKenStore provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs. 500/- or more. Otherwise Rs. 60/- is charged as delivery charges.

 

How do I know status of my Order / Shipment ?

You can track status of your order and shipment on Order Tracking page or you can call on customer care # 9223224044  to provide you with this info in-case any other type of confirmation is needed.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page, which is 4 - 6 business days! Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 4 business days only, once your order is confirmed. For other areas, orders will be sent by other alternative means of distribution or courier service which may take about 1 week depending on the location.

Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. You can also check Order status on iKenStore.

 

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers, in-fact we have tie-ups with some leading courier companies to serve you the best.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners or make deliver by some other alternative distribution channels or local courier.


What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

 

What if products are incorrectly shipped, or damaged in transit ?

In-case you face such instance where products are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects Please contact us or call us on +91 922 322 4044. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement at the earliest. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.

 

Does iKenStore deliver internationally?

iKenStore doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.

What in-case of Non-availability on Delivery?

 Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
