What is replacement guarantee @ ikenStore ?

All products sold on www.ikenstore.com are covered under our 10 Day Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 10 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a replacement to you at no extra cost.

    In order to get a defective item replaced
  • Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on 1800 300 122 44, within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.


How do I cancel an order on ikenstore.com? Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on iKenStore?

For outright cancellations by you:

 If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.


If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

 

  1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same to explore possibilities, we will try to serve you in best possible manner.
  2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 10 Day Replacement Guarantee above.

 

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement -

  • Damages due to misuse of product;
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers;
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;

 

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

For products that are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit , with defects Please contact us or call us on 1800 300 122 44. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement at the earliest. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
